COVID UPDATE 2021
Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support as we navigate through the COVID pandemic.
We are pleased to remain open to serve you and offer our full dental services as an Allied Healthcare Provider. For your safety, and that of our team members, we follow strict Public Health guidelines, and adhere to all enhanced safety protocols as per the Alberta Dental Association & College.
A few of these measures taken include the following:
1: When you call to book your appointment, a Patient Screening Form will be completed via phone.
2: We ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time and call the office (780-428-2888) to advise us of your arrival. Please remain in your vehicle until we return your call to let you enter the building.**
3: Upon entry to the clinic, masks must be worn, your temperature is taken, and we have you use the hand sanitizer provided at the front desk. Only patients are to be in the waiting area unless a responsible caregiver is absolutely required.
4: You will be asked some additional screening questions at the office and be required to sign a COVID Dental Consent form.
5:In the clinical area, our always stringent sterilization and sanitization processes have been maintained, with some added Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
6: Prior to leaving the office, you will be required to hand sanitize once again, and don your mask.
** A friendly reminder that prior to any dental visits, should you feel ill in any way, please call to re-schedule your appointment.
Rest assured, behind the plexiglass barrier or face shield, and under our masks and gowns, we have the same welcoming, smiling faces.
We gladly accept new patients and have times available for check-ups and cleanings to help you maximize your yearly dental insurance benefits.
We look forward to seeing you for your next dental visit!!
Dr. Zarsky, Dr. Burnett, and the entire River City Dental team.
